I am a graduate of construction management from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford Essex, UK, and also a graduate of architecture from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Rivers State, Port Harcourt Nigeria. Currently, I am studying construction project management [MSc Programme Full Time] at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. In addition, I work full time as a freelance construction site manager.
I am inspired and humbled by your organization’s purposeful and enduring intent to develop various projects from conceptualization to successful completion stage. One of my greatest passion is working towards achieving satisfactory delivery of assigned task and set goals. I am an extremely confident personality, and sincerely believe your organization can provide the platform and enabling environment for me to achieve this desired objective.
As a construction manager with robust/practical construction working experience, mine immediate responsibilities included extensive project execution planning, project maintenance planning and actual execution of awarded projects in accordance to stipulated standards and acceptable specifications. Consequently, where projects are awarded, I ensure from inception that awarded projects are satisfactorily executed in accordance with client’s desired requirements, stipulated government regulations, contractual obligations and strict adherence of detailed health and safety specifications. My experience in this regard as an architect with over two decades practical working experience, enables me to assist a potential client develop their concept through conceptual stage, design, execution, successful completion and thereafter handover.
I have the ability to work under very challenging situations and during the process ensure that deliverable tasks are successfully completed within approved project cost budget. Furthermore, I have been privileged to successfully manage heavy-duty plant sections of some multi-national construction companies involved in executing complex civil engineering projects. This experience afforded me the opportunity to prudently manage, properly utilize and resourcefully optimize the use of various kinds of equipment, skilled/unskilled human resources, complex supply chains, spare parts and associated factors during the execution of these civil engineering projects. As every other great mortal here on earth, I assiduously aspire to attain perfection in executing any task assigned to me. My top most priority whilst executing any ongoing project and pursuing the project management of prospective projects is to offer 100% + satisfactory services to all our intending clients and end users.
