SUMMARY: A widely experienced construction professional with almost 23 years’ experience across Oil & Gas mega projects and infrastructure projects. Worked 15 years for Consolidated Contractors International Company CCC (UAE, Oman, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Sudan and Egypt) in a Capacity of a Construction Manager and Currently working for Adyard Abu Dhabi LLC Oil & Gas in a capacity of Construction Manager in UAE - Ruwais.

· Monitor the materials procurement inclusive the long lead items thus ensuring that the materials procurement schedule is maintained in order not to impact the construction activities.
· Initiate project KPIs and level 6 project schedule and adopt monitoring scheme and maintain the planned versus actual schedule and critical path.
· Produce project cash flow, manpower histogram, cost to complete reports and source loading in line with project schedule and approved budget.
· Prepare special reports to the Project Director to investigate any problem related to the Scope of Services and recommend solutions to Management.
· Attend Executive meetings and progress meetings.
· Advice the Project Director on any potential variation to the Design/Supervision Consultant and Contractor’s scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present the Project Management’s assessment.
· Project deliveries.
· Review the project quality plan and ensure strict implementation of project approved QCPs/ITPs.
· Direct project Construction from conception to completion: Pipelines (hydrotest, reinstatement and pre-commissioning). Process Piping: (Erection: welding, hydrotest, reinstatement and pre-commissioning). E&I: Substations (Execution and commissioning up to 33 KV), Controls systems, All U/G cable pulling and instrumentation execution and T&C).
· All electromechanical works for process and nonprocess buildings.
· Project handover dossiers and MC and RFC walkdowns using ATLAS software.
· Brown field Oil & Gas (Shutdowns and Tie-Ins and preparation of Tie-In philosophy).
· Offshore piling works.
· Civil works: Concrete casting, trenching and finishing.
· Adept in project planning, Quality planning, implementation and ensuring adherence of QHSE standards
· Obtained exceptional achievement award for outstanding performance in KPC project CCC Kazakhstan 2002.
