? Generate detailed quantity take-off as per IFC drawings, and monitor the deviation between tender and IFC drawings.
? Produce take-off in harmony (time wise) with project Schedule –zones & areas for awarded projects
? Preparing Packages for procurement & contracts division.
? Ensures continuous updating of project quantities based on construction developments,
Including VOs, completion of detailed design, etc., and passes on the updated quantities
to all concerned (primarily Operations, Procurement, and Cost Control).
? Ensures timely assistance to Operations in the substantiation and documentation of variation orders and claims
? Co-ordinate with QS on sites to verify and monitor quantities in PCs.
