The project compromise design & construction of army barracks, offices, training fields & obstacle barricades, ammunition storage and recreation facilities along external works and infrastructures including 400000 m2 of asphalt works 1500 car sheds and 25km of infrastructure services (drainage, water fire, telecom, irrigation and st light) along with 2 pump stations and underground storage tanks

• Design review of all infrastructure services that led to cost reduction in execution 35%. produced composite drawing for all services which optimized execution process im workmanship
• Reduced the time for excavation of services by utilizing trenching and unique machinery to overcome soil hardness and congested site operation
• cost reduction of all underground service chambers like manholes ,gullies, soak ways and telecom by 50% into utilizing on site casting facility
• Cost reduction of fill & road works materials required for the site 50% by installing on site crushers to produce subgrade and sub base (600000m3)
• Produced an escalation program to reduce the time of execution from 2 years to 9 months
