Transition/Transformation and Take-On Manager Transition and Transform a multi-technology multi-geography service support to a successful project for a multinational Brewery. Established a 40-member support team in Bangalore in various technologies to cater to different geographies; thereafter successfully managed it to stabilization within 1 year. Engaged the relevant stakeholders for all phases of the project lifecycle. This was a Euro 30 million project for 5 years.
Project Manager – Tools and Automation Presented Solutions to Internal Groups and worked along with the team to deliver those Solutions. Designed, developed and rolled out two in-house tools for the India operations; this was done over a five month period.
