• Conducted a survey and a focus group and made a report on job satisfaction at University of Management and Technology.
This project helped me to improve my communication skills and to learn how to engage people and extract useful information and do research based project.

• Prepared a research report and came up with creative ideas of doing successful business with Professor Abhinay Muthoo, a Professor at the University of Warwick UK.
This research project refined my cognitive skills and critical thinking was also improved.

• Successfully launched an event encouraging young entrepreneurs to start acting on their business ideas.
Through this project I learnt how to work in teams and to be a leader and how to motivate people and manage them to get the job done in a timely manner.
• Carried out a Research on the “practices of management styles” in the organizations.

• Moderated a Focus Group on the topic of “Practices of Management Styles” . Also prepare a complete research report on management styles, what are the styles that are more practiced by managers and team leaders in organizations.
