• Develop engineering design & drawing in process flow, civil guideline, mechanical, piping routing
as well as control philosophy and control panel.
• Define the project schedule while coordinating the design and engineering teams onsite.
• Lead the equipment and system installation [Pre-Treatment Process (Oil Water Separator and Static
Screen), Chemical Treatment (Dissolve Air Floatation DAF and Dosing Systems), Biological

Key Deliverables: Led the upgrading of an existing WWTP including installation of biological (MBBR) and chemical treatment systems (DAF) for a chicken slaughtering house in Kuala Lumpur.

• Project: New WWTP (450m3/d) for Hume Cemboard Sdn Bhd (Team of 2)
Key Deliverables: Headed the design, construction and commissioning of a new WWTP including chemical (clarifier system) as well as biological (MBBR and Aeration) systems.

• Project: Upgrading WWTP (1800m3/d) for Kuantan Oil Products (Team of 2)
Key Deliverables: Installed a new chemical treatment system (DAF) into an existing biological process in treating palm oil refinery wastewater.

• Project: Leachate Treatment Plant (2000m3/d) for Kayu Madang (Team of 2)
Key Deliverables: Constructed a leachate treatment plant with chemical treatment system (DAF) while introducing the MBBR biochip system in treating leachate wastewater.

• Project: Water Treatment & Dewatering Plant for Kejuruteraan Sheafi (Team of 4)
Key Deliverables: Managed the full cycle design and construction of chemical clarifier and dewatering system one of the largest water treatment plant for Pengurusan Air Pahang (PAIP) in Pahang.

Key Deliverables: Led the end to end design, construction and commissioning of new wastewater treatment plant (600m3/d) including the introduction of an anaerobic (UASB) system in treating high COD loading, together with DAF and MBBR system.

Key Deliverables: Designed, constructed and commissioned a new wastewater treatment plant encompassing biological treatment and chemical treatment (Microfloatation) for one of largest oil refinery complex in Sumatra (2000m3/d).
