• Familiar with Piping codes ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ANSI and ASTM & API, Piping P&ID, PFD, Isometric drawing and workout BOM.
6.69 MMTPA Mangalore Refinery Petrochemical (MRPL), Phase-ii Expansion Project, Mangalore,(KA)
• Assisted in the pre-assembly fabrication of 120, 000 inch diameter of CS & AS size 1.5” to 24” above ground process piping of CDU, VDU & NSU units.
• Verified welding of joints against isometric and P&ID drawings and cleared welding works. Heavy lift erection 445T CDU column.
• Participated in heavy lift activities for erection of the 445 T CDU columns & others statics equipment erection.
