Key Responsibility:-
Responsible for all Techno-Commercial activities involved for the pumps received at Service center for repair and Execution of all Retrofits/Duplicate pump orders pertains to the departments.
Responsibilities to carry out Overhauling and Breakdown jobs of various types of Single stage and multistage pumps. Activities involved for repair of pumps are Dismantling, Assessment of Parts, Preparation of reports, weld repair on components, Dynamic balancing, DP Test, UT Test, Electrical runout check and further Pump Assembly, Performance test, Strip test, Painting, Packing and Dispatch.

Preparation of Labor cost report based on activities involved for the repair of Pump.
To co-operate with tendering team in Spares Quotation, Service time required and Order Booking.

Lead effective and positive team work to collaborate with all other cross functional support departments as required to maintain schedule adherence for planned shipments.
Motivate employee and deliver the all planned work within budget.
Initiative for Installation and Commissioning of Pumps at customer site incase of non-availability of Service engineer.
Responsible for delivering prompt and efficient services to the customers by responding to their calls quickly and solving their technical queries professionally.
Analyze failure data and report findings to support corrective action activities.
Preparation of MIS and KPI reports.
