• Managing day to day accounting & control process of all Asian plants.
• Finalizing annual Business Plans and CAPEX & OPEX budget, cash flow projections.
• Review Fund Flows/Cash flow of Group on Monthly basis.
• Tracking deviations in budgets, conducting variance analysis and making recommendations for improvement.
• Concluding costing and valuation of Inventory and helping in cost audit.
