Work Experience:
I had huge experience of managing common tropical infectious disease (more than 5000 acute undifferentiated febrile illness, 1500 HIV, 300 Hepatitis B and 100 Hepatitis C, more than 300 Tuberculosis, more than 500 Dengue, about 100 Chikunguniya, about 100 Malaria) over my recent last five year carrier. Besides being trained at Europe on evidence based medicine my practices are updated and scientific plus I can recommend and develop individualized hospital based protocol for common diseases.
I have experience of in charging 30 in patient bed Tropical and Infectious Disease Unit in a university medical school that has 1000 bedded referral public hospital in Eastern Nepal for last five years. I am hired infectious disease expert by Epidemiology and Disease Control Division, Department of Health Services, Ministry of Health, Nepal for Dengue, HIV and Leishmaniasis. I share experiences of caring majority of leishmaniasis, chronic HIV infections and autoimmune diseases cases of the eastern Nepal for nearly a decade.
As physician over last eight years I also have managed NCDs especially endocrinology (more than 3000 Diabetes, more than 1500 Thyroid disorders), kidney disease (more than 700), rheumatology (more than 3000). I have sound knowledge and clinical acumen to deal with inpatients, HDU & ICU cases with all procedures (intubation, central lines, temporary pace maker insertion, cardiac tamponade decompression, ventilator set up, chest tube insertion, peritoneal catheter insertion), renal procedures; (femoral catheter insertion, renal biopsy, hemodialysis, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis) and diagnostic upper GI endoscopy. My specific master degree clinical skills and competency are independently work up adult internal medicine cases at OPD, wards and ICU.
