Present Company Profile
Rajhi Steel stands third in Saudi producing deformed bar 500,000 ton yearly & Commercial product like Tube, pipe & other product 150,000 ton yearly.
It produces deformed TMT bar ranges from '8mm' to '40mm' in diameter and different size of tubes & pipes with galvanizing. Rajhi steel has obtained certification for its high quality form BS ASTM A615 GR 60/ GR40.
Work Profile
• Designs & draft component, fabrication tooling, and equipment and recommends concepts/approaches used for design.
• Preparation of modification, improvement, project plans and daily activities for the Hot Rolling mill plants.
• Co-ordinate daily with mechanical maintenance inspector regarding hot rolling mills Machineries and equipment’s problem (previous and present)
• Assist in trouble shooting of machineries and equipment breakdown.
• Review daily mechanical maintenance check list & daily shift report and give suggestion accordingly.
• Optimizes equipment availability, controls maintenance costs, assures compliance, promotes safety & identifies opportunities for equipment performance improvement.
• Performs visual inspection of equipment, detects malfunctions or need for repair & does adjustment as necessary. Maintain equipment by tightening fittings, repacking bearings, replacing packing’s, gaskets, valves, recorders & gauges.
• Modifying the machinery and parts with the directions of our superiors.
• Inspecting and making Reports for the Incoming material delivered by the suppliers, using with sophisticated instrument.
• Review drawings to assure functionality and accuracy of design.
• Stores and distributes technical drawings for relevant departments to be used for fabricating new parts.
