PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Air systems such as AHU’s, FCU’s, Extract & Outside air Fans,
Smoke Exhaust Fans, Stairwell Pressurization Fan.
? Testing and Commissioning of HVAC/Domestic water systems such as CHW primary, secondary and
tertiary systems (Fixed, Variable type DRV’s, PICV etc.) domestic water system balancing (PRV, DRV
etc.)
? Verification of system installed on site with Design and implementing Testing Adjusting and Balancing
(TAB) activities starting from Pre-Commissioning of all system as per Design and Specifications.
? Perform Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) and commissioning services on commercial HVAC
systems using specialized testing equipment, software and NEBB balancing procedures.
? Reviewing the T&C, TAB method statements as per international standards and regulations and
carrying out the activities accordingly.
? Reviews HVAC design for balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems using established NEBB
procedures.
? Troubleshooting of problems encountered during Testing and Balancing.
? Testing and commissioning of Stairwell Pressurization Fan for smoke management in case of fire.
? Prepare Test reports and attend meetings and witnessing with the consultant.
? Prepare and update Site Observation report.
? Liaising with main contractor to resolve any issues found on site.
? Overseeing commissioning of all highly critical clinical areas such as Isolation room, Operation
Theatres, Sterile Areas and Laboratories and carry out Pressure Regime in the positive and negative

? Arranging Witness sign off of all HVAC systems with consultant.
? Compiling a defect tracker with all outstanding defects and track progress of completion to ensure
strict deadlines set by client are met.
? Liaising with relevant subcontractors to clear all defects and coordination for future works

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead a team of technicians for facilities management activities
? Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment and
perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments.
? Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all maintenance activities including preventive
maintenance, corrective maintenance and walk-through inspections of Fire Fighting, Plumbing,
Sewage Pumps and Potable Pumps.
? Responsible for achieving availability, maintainability, reliability and safety standard.
? Conduct diligence inspection of Mechanical systems and report on condition affecting operations.
? Advice and lead the technical investigation for rectification works.
? Liaise with contractors for rectification works.
? Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
? Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
