- Monthly Financial submission & Consolidation for all outside group entities accounts in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management system (HFM)
- Supporting to Group Finance Manager for preparation of Group Finance Audit Report.
- Monthly Financial Statement uploading in HFM for foreign entities.
- FX Rates updating for monthly wise in HFM system for outside entities.
- Management owner ship updating in HFM system for outside entities.
- Monthly Journal Period open and close process on time in HFM & Oracle System for all entities.
- Monthly access in HFM to all sub group & entities for data submission.
- Handling the finalization of accounts up to Balance sheet as well as Bank Reconciliation & Payroll operations.
- Monthly forecasts and cash flow.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable.
- Management & Reconciliation of Suppliers and Sub Contractors Accounts.
- Intercompany Accounts, Debit Note / Credit Note preparation through manual & oracle.
- Branch Accounting, Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation.
- Payroll preparation & cost allocation for staffs and workers.
- Transfer of Staffs & Labours salary through SIF & WPS.
- Maintain Fixed assets and depreciation accounts.
- Prepayment allocation, HR & PRO related works like employees visa expense, medical insurance and other related expense allocation.
- Preparation of Staffs & Workers End of Service benefits.
