Detailed Profile

My name is Yevheniia and I am applying for a position of the Reservations Manager.
Last 6 years I was working in a travel manager. I think I was very lucky to find the position in “The Seventh Heaven” company, as I honestly think that this is the best company in luxury tourism business in Ukraine. We worked really hard in order to ensure the best services and quality for our VIP clients. I have experience in dealing with this type of clientele, I know what they need and prefer and I am aware how to do it the way they get more that than expect and come back to the company with new requests.

Now I am looking for a change. I consider it as the step up in my career, that’s why I am applying for this position. I want to do almost the same kind of job, but with new challenges and opportunities. There is a slight issue I have in my CV. That’s my education which is Master’s in teaching. I realize this may seem as a disadvantage for the employers. A perfect candidate should have Master’s in business management or hospitality. But I assure you that my invaluable experience is worth taking my application into consideration. I didn’t get my second Master’s in business administration because I was always so much dedicated to what I was doing, that my main purpose was to grow inside the company and help company growth that I couldn’t even imagine I would study instead of dealing with clients’ routine or extraordinary requests, accounting, management, sales and all the other obligations. I must admit I was learning something new every day, I just don’t have a diploma in this field, but what I possess is my knowledge and experience.

The position of a reservations manager covers a lot of aspects I did very well and was passionate about. I am customer service oriented and I am used to work with customers recommending them everything they need for their travel experiences on a daily basis. I know how to sell, especially when it comes to the hotels, I am passionate about working on every single detail to ensure the best experience for the customers. I speak English and basic French; Russian and Ukrainian are my mother tongues, my IT level is Intermediate and the mentality is solution-driven, that’s why I think I would be a great asset to your company.

I currently live in Kiev, but very flexible and eager to relocate. I am available for on-line or live interview, just let me know.

Warmest regards, Yevheniia.
