Accountabilities & Attainments:-
? Guided geotechnical Investigation in 980 Acers project site.
? Guided topographical Survey for 980 Acers project area. (GPS & Total Station survey, Grid & BM pillar establishment and Spot levels)
? Executed construction of Site enabling facilities. (Site office, Stores and Canteen buildings)
? Guided construction power & Labour license approvals.
? Executed 760mm dia Test Pile and its load test for Chimney works.

Previous Project : 6 x 660 MW SASAN ULTRA MAGA POWER PROJECT at Sasan, Singrauli district, M.P.
Accountabilities & Attainments:-
Handled complete Coal Handling System (CHP) from civil works to structural erection works, Commissioning of total systems and Performance Guaranteed Test Package consists of 6.7KM conveyor line,3 No’s Stacker Reclaimer, Coal silo& CHP Control building, etc.
Total value for the package Rs 404.50 Cr
? Daily & weekly planning of all activities, Liasoning with contractors.
? Processing of contractor bills and ensuring timely payment.
? Ensuring safety and quality measures are implanted at site.
? Contract Administration including scheduling of drawings & specification, listing bought – out items.
? Monitoring & guiding for preparation of bid documents and short listing of bidders for award of contracts.
? Providing resolution of disputes with Client / Contractors as per the provisions of the contract.
? Tracking of the package materials with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs etc.
? Coordination with Overseas Suppliers, Indian ports (Kolkata & Haldia).
? Expediting the supply of St. Steel, technology structures etc. and monitoring of CHP packages.
? Continuous updating of the L2 Schedule by taking inputs from the contractors/sub-contractors and actual work executed and monitoring of the same based on the revised schedule.
? Coordination with Engineering for timely release of the RFC Drawings, with vendors for resource mobilization, with finance for timely release of payments, with site for timely completion, meeting deadlines, clearing bottlenecks etc.

Co-ordinating completion of Civil works for new FCC Unit in SEZ complex including Construction of Concrete Pipe racks by Slip form technique, Equipment foundations, Spur Pipe racks, Substation buildings, Plant Interface Building, accumulating concrete quantity of over 0.1 million Cum and Structural steel works.
? Credited for co-ordinating
? Turn-around of the 2 refineries accomplishing the set targets of “De-bottle necking” and “Quality and Yield Improvement” in Crude and FCC Complexes involving spur racks, Major / minor Equipment foundations like De-salters, De-pentaniser etc. under work permit system of HSE Guidelines. Also Recommended the practices for excavation in live cable trenches

Description
? Execution of a water pipeline for a stretch of 15KM including two river crossings.
? Planning and managing the guniting yard for providing the feedstock of the pipes for field work.
? Execution of pre-stressed concrete bridge over river sabarmati (220M) and encasement of pipeline beneath the bed of river Bhogavo (284M).
