Project Controls Manager / Business & Service Manager / Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in Project Management Engineering & Construction for O&G and IT projects.
Experience of project management and execution engineering & construction services for oil and gas industry through all Project phases acting as Contractor and as Operator: onshore and offshore oil\gas field development, offshore platform, onshore & offshore pipelines, OPF & LNG & Oil Refinery facilities.
Experience of Planning and Organization of Engineering start from Surveys and Design for O&G facilities with wide range of environments: Arctic, Middle East, Europe, Siberia, onshore and offshore. Involvement with projects from concept through FEED to detailed design and operation for O&G facilities.
Experience in Project Methodology and Project Control System development (PMI, Agile) and software development and implementation of Project Control Software Systems (Timekeeper, Prism, Primavera).
Experience of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) Development and Implementation for Projects support from Planning and Design to Construction and Operation.
Knowledgeable in Contract Management: Project Contract Strategy & ITB development; Prime-Contract & Sub-Contract Pre-Award & Post-Award activities and negotiations.
