? Resolve business conflicts between Company and the Suppliers/Subcontractors.
? Prepare and submit Extension of Time Claims for ongoing Projects.
? Liaise with Project sites to resolve all issues until Final Completion Certificate.
? Supervision of Estimation Department up to Finalization of Tender Offers with the Management.
? Represent the Company in Contract negotiations with the Client.
? Prepare and issue Budgets, Capex plans on Award of Contract.
? Utilise and embed best practice tools and processes to support the projects.
