ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since Jul’18 M/s Alfasi Construction (Qatar) as Site Engineer
Role:
• Coordinate and discuss with architecture coordinator, site engineer and M&E engineer/coordinator on site technical issues pertaining to Secondary Steel structure site installation, to make sure Roof, façade and curtain wall works progress can be moved on smoothly and completed duly.
• Responsible for entire site coordination in technical matters and other matters indicated in shop drawings with relevant consultants and other trade contractor.
• Supervise and monitor site installation work progress and co-ordinate with consultants, architects and façade contractor on site installation technical issues which are not tally with shop drawings due to actual site conditions, and come up with a solution with architects and consultants to meet the requirements.
• Attend factory inspections, mock-up inspections and site inspections, and then feedback the test report to project manager, architects and consultant.
• Liaising with subcontractor and other trade subcontractor to coordinate site interface issues, such as installation sequence, protection works during installation process, so as to keep up with project master programme

Since Sep’17-Jul’18 M/s Steel Engineering Technology (Qatar) as Project Engineer
Role:
• Coordinate with Design Department for revisions, drawing clarification and change in designs as per the site conditions.
• Raising crane request for the next day erection and submitting to the client for approval. Preparing Method statement and Risk assessment to the Client for approval.
• Coordinating with other contractors for the next day work in daily coordination meeting.
• Making rigging plan and prepare safe work methodology.
• Coordinating with survey department.
• Allocating Fit-up, Welding and finishing team according to the priority.

Role:
• Reviewing Steel Erection drawings.
• Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (columns / frames Erection).
• Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted and erected one time.
• Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracings between frames (with consideration of erection sequence).
• Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection.
• Supervising erection of Dressing (erection of small beams, bracings, angles, C-Channels and other medium & light steel items).
