From December 2015 – To November 2019 (Supervision Consultant Role) Snr, HSE Manager Dorsch Qatar (Lusail City Development Project) The New Build of an entire City. Project Value $45 Billion.

As Snr, HSE Manager for the Supervisory Consultant. Reporting to the CRE & HSE Director. Tasked with the Development, Documentation & Implementation of the HSE, Management System as per Scope of work & in- line with OHSAS 18001:2007 Assessment Series. Providing Strategic direction within statutory compliance pertaining to HSE. Manage a team of Project based HSE Officers. Oversee of all contractors’ activities in relation to HSE. Review of Submitted contractor’s documentation. Accident & Incident investigation & reporting. Day to day liaison with the Client, Project Management & Contractors. Provide monitoring, support & advice on all high-risk activities. Ensure contractor compliance with all applicable legislation & promote Industry best practice. Project is one of the largest commercial projects in the world on completion Lusail City shall feature 19 distinctive districts offering a wide range of facilities. The Project at peak employed 42,000 people. From April 2012 – To May 2015 (Project Management Role) HSE Manager LouisBerger/Systra/Canarail/Khatib Alami (Saudi North South Railway Project). New Construction of Rail line, 6 Stations, Maintenance accommodation & new depot. Project Value $3.5 Billion.

HSE Manager for the Project Management Consultant. Reporting to the Project Director. In charge of all HSE Matters across the Project in relation to HSE Systems & Management of the HSE team. Visiting Site locations & reporting of findings. Delivery of training to raise HSE awareness to Colleagues & Contractors. Largest rail Project in the world during that included the new build of 6 Railway stations from Riyadh to Qurrayatt, large depot in the eastern province, several accommodation units for track maintenance workers & 2,750km of bi-directional track. Construction of over 84km of new roads, bridges & Camel crossings.

From January 2010 – To February 2012 (Principal Contractor Role) Senior HSE Manager. El-Seif Construction (Covering Various Projects). Projects included, New Hotel, Haramain Highspeed Rail Station, Conference Centre & Princess Nora Woman’s University.

As Senior HSE Manager assisting the HSSEQ team in head office with the development of the HSE Management System. Reporting to the head of HSEQ. In addition to head Office duties, I also visited Construction site locations to support the Site based HSE Managers in raising HSE Awareness. Also, responsible for the resource of site security & their welfare provision.

From October 2007 – To December 2010 (Principal Contractor Role) Regional HSE Manager Daniel/Land & Marine. Projects included, New Sewer network in Cumbria & New Pipelines across Cumbria & Wales.

As Regional HSE Manager. Reporting to the Head of Civil Engineering. Responsible for Managing the HSE Management system & site support across all Pipeline & Reservoir Projects. Work mainly consisted of micro tunneling & sink shafts for new deep Sewer networks, Drainage including storm storage & flood defense works.

From October 2003 – To September 2007 (Principal Contractor Role). Area HSE Manager Balfour Beatty (Utilities) Renewal of the Gas Network Mains & Services in the Northwest UK.

HSE Manager reporting to the HSE Director deployed with the Gas Alliance team. Review of Accidents, Incidents relating to HSE. Conducting site Audits on Field based teams. From July 1998 – To September 2003 (Client Role). HSE Engineer Network Rail (FTN G-SMR) Project was to enhance communication between the signaler’s & Train Drivers.
