I am working as ITSM Consultant in implementing and managing process, projects and operations in shared enviroment of Service Now and Remedy ITSM Tools for customers where we have common process deployment across the 40 odd customers globally.
My total Experience upto date is of 9+ years( approx ) in ITSM industry.
