• Civil in-charge of 5 Nos RCC Silos of height 25.5 mtrs, ID 18 mtrs, O.D 18.6 mtrs having 4000 MT of Ash storage capacity using Slip-Form Technonology at my previous project in L&T Construction.
• Site in charge of 2 Nos 42 X 11.5 Mtr G+2 MCC Room Building at my previous project in L&T Construction.
• Site in-charge of 2 Nos Wagon Tippler Tunnel and 150 mtr long Tunnel for belt conveyor network at my previous project in L&T Construction.
• Site In-charge of Stacker Cum Reclaimer, Primary Crusher House, Secondary Crusher House, Belt Conveyor and Transfer Points in L&T Construction.
• Assisting in Site Management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, budgeting and cost estimates, commissioning and executing the entire Site
• Maintaining RFI, IR and other Quality Control systems & procedures prior to execute any job at my site

• Looking after as a reconcile engineer of steel at the site and supervised all cutting and bending works of Rebar steel as per BBS and IS Codes
• Liaising and coordinating with various contractors, clients, govt. and statutory bodies to settle techno-commercial disputes/ clarifications during the execution of the project.
• Responsible for excavation by Hard Rock Blasting for 39 mtr deep Wagon Tippler & its 110 mtr Tunnel and Rock Blasting for 135 mtr long , 5 mtr deep Fly ash Silo & 32.5 sqm, 11 mtr deep Raw Water Pump House area
• Deftly Planning, Monitoring and scheduling of projects as per HO direction and cross-checking of various Civil, Mechanical & Electrical activities at Sites and preparing project Progress report accordingly
• Client Billing, Sub-Contractor Billing , Paid Vs. Claimed Reconciliation Sub-Contractor during closure of my previous project with L&T Construction.
• Identifying critical issues related to site activities and ensuring timely resolution of queries related to any changes to the project through Change Control Board prior to its execution
• Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity

• Completed 3 Nos RCC Slab of 656 Cum with 207 MT Rebar Steel & 2.08 MT Structural Steel as embedments.
• Completed Mass concrete of around 3000 Cum for Track Hopper & Fly Ash Silo Raft
• Completed Roof Slab of 3 Nos Silo Deck ( Ht 41 Mtr from FGL ) & SCH Deck Slab ( Ht 42.2 Mtr from FGL)
