? Engage in training teams on the new ERP system and its usage. Ensure all teams are well equipped to carry out functions on the new system.
? Spearhead activities and management for Setting up, development, customizations, configuration, performance tuning of ERP systems for full cycle implementations.
? Preparing MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. revenue, fund management, credit control, profitability, etc. Financial statement analysis with ratios and recommendation of corrective measures.
? Managed over 30 retail & wholesale outlets, dealerships including reconciliations, inventory controls, branch wise sales & profitability analysis.
? Process Analysis: Review of existing processes and identifying areas of improvement, Identification and rectification of process gaps, spearheading process automation initiatives.
? Long Term financial planning, forecasting expenses and other costs based on historical trend and future plans, Vetting and forecasting Capital Expenditure Budget, Quarterly review the actual vs. Budget
? Managing the timely preparation and maintenance of books of accounts and financial statements in compliance with statutory accounting standards.
? Responsible for the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory audits within scheduled time and cost budget as per annual requirement.
? Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible error and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards.
? Evaluating internal control systems / procedures, preparing audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
? Assisting top management in developing and implementing need-based plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation from all streams & realize organizational goals.
? Managing timely & accurate processing of bills, detection of billing discrepancies and conducting pre-bill and post bill run checks to ensure zero level system errors.
? Optimisation of working capital with supply chain planning, credit control and funds optimization with accurate reporting and analysis.
? Formulating effective debt collection mechanisms for ensuring timely receipt of money from clients; taking legal actions for handling critical recovery cases or suing defaulters.
