Heading finance functions with a dedicated and resourceful team of which involves determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies and procedures, formulating need-based business strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise organizational goals.
? Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
? Steer ERP Implementation Project Management and delivery involving Initiation, Requirement Finalization, Project Scoping, Planning, Scheduling & Milestones, Execution Control and Delivery within agreed timelines.
? Engage in training teams on the new ERP system and its usage. Ensure all teams are well equipped to carry out functions on the new system.
? Spearhead activities and management for Setting up, development, customizations, configuration, performance tuning of ERP systems for full cycle implementations.
? Preparing MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. revenue, fund management, credit control, profitability, etc. Financial statement analysis with ratios and recommendation of corrective measures.
? Managed over 30 retail & wholesale outlets, dealerships including reconciliations, inventory controls, branch wise sales & profitability analysis.

? Managing the timely preparation and maintenance of books of accounts and financial statements in compliance with statutory accounting standards.
? Responsible for the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory audits within scheduled time and cost budget as per annual requirement.
? Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible error and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards.
