• To lead the development division with goals of delivery and program management along with a very strong domain knowledge and logical ability to Design and Deliver software applications and products.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Gap analysis, Impact analysis and functional change request addressing. Preparation of DOU, UAT Testing. Involved in all stages of SDLC.
• Experience in liaising with the interchanges, Client’s at various levels, Client Partners, Business Owners, and Account Managers.
• Strong Domain / Business knowledge in EFT Switching Service, End to End Card Management System (Debit/Prepaid/Credit), End to End Reconciliation System, POS & ATM Driving, POS Application, Agency Banking, Terminal Management System, Merchant Management System and ATM Managed Services.
• Handled the products developed with various functional requirements using C, C++, Pro*C, Java, .NET languages on IBM AIX, Linux and Sun Solaris Operating System.
• Knowledge on VISA / Master card / CUP / NPCI card certifications (Issuing & Acquiring)
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to relate well to individuals at all levels within the organization and client managers.
• Have wide knowledge and experience in reengineering concepts and tools.
• Skilled to draw business specifications to reengineer the process and improve it to make the business effective and efficient.
• Experience in converting the requirements into effective business design and detailed system design.
