Project Objective: To develop all facilities for 100 production wells in South HGA (Hassi Guettar) Oil Field to be ready in operation up to first oil, which includes Oil Wells Surface Facilities, Gas Lift Service and Dilution Water Service, Manifolds, Trunk lines, Flow lines & Transfer lines and Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP). Gas Oil Separation Plant is having capacity of 66,000 BBL/Day of separating the Production and to transport the production to Sonatrach existing facilities.
Project Cost: US$ 1.2 Billions.
Brief Project Description: The project objective is to build 100 South HGA Wells Inlet Facilities and Gathering System network, Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP). The project consists of 100 production wells from where production fluid is transferred to Slug Catcher then to Separator. At some wells, crude is artificially lifted by gas lift injection to increase the reservoir pressure and to reduce density at each wellhead. Lift gas is delivered to Well’s battery limit from GOSP through gas lift distribution network. Well testing is conducted by diverting wellhead fluid into test header connected to a multiphase flow meter (MPFM). The primary objective of GOSP (Gas Oil Separation Plant) is to process and separate incoming fluid from the gathering network. The main sections of GOSP are Oil Separation (Production Separators etc.), Oil Export (Oil Transfer/ Export Pumps), Flash Gas Compression (3 Compressor trains, 2 Working + 1 Spare), Production Water Treatment Plant, Feed Water Degassing System, Raw Water Treatment Plant and various Utility Systems as Instrument Air (Compressor Package and Dryer Package) and Nitrogen (Generation Package and Compression Package/ Let down System) etc.

Project Objective: To produce 150 MBOPD of Oil from 40 Oil-wells in North Kuwait.

Brief Project Description: The project consists of the gathering system (10 field manifolds and 40 flowlines), CPF (Central Processing Facilities), Oil export pipeline and Gas export pipeline. The acid gas is processed in SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit). Produced liquid Sulfur is sent via road tankers to KNPC-MAA Refinery for storage and further granulation there. Produced water treatment unit removes oil and dissolved sour gases from produced water which is then pumped back to injection wells specified by KOC. Project Objective: To complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) work of White Oil Products (MS, HSD, ATF etc.) Tankage Terminal in Vizag, A.P.
Brief Project Description: The project objective is to build a White Oil Marketing Terminal. The main components of the Terminal Project are:
Common white oil pipeline (with pigging facility for change-over of products) for receiving white oil products (ATF, MS, HSD etc) from Refinery into Terminal. & White Oil services Tanks and transfer pumps.
Tank-truck Gantry & Tank-wagon Gantry facilities for white oil products loading into trucks & rail wagons respectively.
While Oil Product pipeline from terminal to jetty for shipping transportation of products.
Activities/ Responsibilities:
Area Lead Engineer for P&IDs of White Oil Terminal Project.
Lead from front from starting to end of the Project i.e. IFR, IFH, IFD & IFC stages of the Project.
Process Design Basis, Process Sizing Design Criteria & Line Sizing Philosophy work.

Project Objective: To do revamp and modification activities for Saih Rawl Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and associated projects as part of PDO & Mott-Mac Muscat office Contract for various Projects of PDO.
Brief Project Description: The project objective is to conduct revamp activities in Central Processing Facilities (CPF) of Saih Rawl Project, Oman. The main subunits of Saih Rawl Field CPP (Central Processing Plant) are:
Inlet Manifold and Separation section.
Gas Dehydration and Conditioning.
Condensate (hydrocarbon) stabilization and storage/ export.
Produced water treatment system.
Activities/ Responsibilities:
Process Booklet, Plant Operating Manual & Process Design Basis updation work.
Control narrative & Instrument Protective Function narrative updation work.

Worked as Process Analysis & Design Engineer of Atmospheric & Vacuum Distillation units (CDU & VDU) & ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) Treating Unit.
