With my pleasure introducing my brief Curriculum Vitae as a Mechanical Engineer with an excellent Practical Experience in contracting companies in Egypt & KSA for 20 years including 8 years in Saudi Arabia (GCC experience) in 2 fields :-

A) Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting (O&M + workshops) for Earth Moving Heavy Equipment, Asphalt Equipment & Vehicles for different kinds and brands also for Crusher Plant & Asphalt Mixers with related equipment.

B) Installation, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting for all Electro-Mechanical works (MEP) in different kinds of Buildings, Hospitals, Workshops, Water Treatment Plants (WTP) & Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP).

I’m now in Riyadh having a transferable Saudi Iqama searching for a job in a reputable company and ready to relocate inside or outside Saudi Arabia.

A) Brief of my Job tasks included but not limited to when I worked as
Workshops Manger or Equipment Manager

1) Managing, directing, supervising the establishment and operation of the central and sub-workshops at the sites and according to the needs with the formation of repair groups of specialized technicians (type and number), which ensures the smooth operation of equipment in the sites.

2) Follow up and guide the diagnosis of daily faults and rapid repairs to sites equipment in the shortest possible time and directing equipment transport that needs major repairs to the central workshop (overhaul of motors, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and diesel pumps).

3) Coordinate the priority of the reform with the project manager and according to the actual needs of the same site or different site.

4) Writing and following up the purchase orders according to the actual need to spare parts with discussing and directing the purchase department to the most appropriate parts, whether they are from the agent or the local market by the piece number from the spare parts equipment catalog also control the warehouse stock parts.

5) Creating and follow up the equipment periodic maintenance programs of all types and provide maintenance requirements through the budget and guide the maintenance technicians.

6) Follow-up and guidance of the operation and maintenance works (O&M) with daily inspection of equipment and operators through the cards and schedules of maintenance and daily operation with the attention to preventive maintenance.

7) Daily monitoring of the asphalt teams, their equipment and transportation, with priority given to the troubleshooting of the asphalt equipment according to the pre-planned plan and sites distribution.

8) Supervising, follow-up and guidance to follow all safety procedures needed properly in the repair workshops, sites, crushers and asphalt mixers.

9) Periodic evaluation of equipment and technicians with the feasibility of repeated reform of the equipment and reporting to higher management.

In the Administration Buildings, Hospitals, WTP and WWTP
1) Manage, Supervise, Responsible, Lead the team for the Installation of and Maintenance for :-
• Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Air Conditioning, Chillers, Air Handling Units AHU, Fan Coil Units FCU, Variable Air Volume VAV, Grilles, Diffusers, Ducts, Cooling Tower (HVAC).
• Fire Alarm System, Boards, Control Units, Wiring, Alarms, Batteries, Chargers, Smoke and Heat Detectors.
• Firefighting System, Pumps, Jockey, Electrical & Diesel Pumps, Sprinkles, Pipes, Valves, Hoses & Cabins.
• Plumbing part handles the Pipelines network for delivery & return water, Valves and Inspection Works.
• Air Compressors, Water Pumps, Conveyers, Generators Room & ATS.
• Mechanical Workshop daily works and all kinds of Fabrication Works.
• Security systems, Sensors, Wiring & Alarms.
• Gas delivery systems in medical places and laboratory settings.
• Ensure that all functions related to all Mechanical site operations are being carried out effectively.

2) Manage; evaluate information related to MEP material / equipment submittals, material BOQ, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract.
3) Managing changes in the work, obtaining approvals and resolving any conflicts.
4) Direct contact with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, other job staff and owner’s representatives in resolving issues.
5) Managing the Mechanical manpower for the area, assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills.
6) Monitoring the day-to-day operation Mechanical scope.
7) Managing project startup, close-out process, preparing final records for the project, RFI’s, close-out records, operation & maintenance manuals, spare parts, warranties and handover of all the systems to insure compliance with contract documents.

C) Brief of my Job tasks included but not limited to when I worked as
Consultant Mechanical Engineer in WWTP & WTP

I worked as a Mechanical Consultant Engineer in WWTP & WTP with the AMBRIC Consultants (American British Consultants) in Cairo & Sudan.

In Cairo I worked in Waste Water Treatment Plant, El-Gabal El-Asfar Sub-bill 61, Contract 16/2 – Cairo and in Sudan I worked in Soba Water Treatment Plant - Khartoum

My job tasks were Supervising the Installation, Operation and Testing for:-
• HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System.
• Installation for all Plumbing Works delivery & drainage.
• Workshops Tools and Machines (Overhead Crane, Lathes, Milling M/C).
• Supervise, Creation & Installation for Compressed Air Network (Compressors & Outlet Fittings, Valves, Hoses …. etc.).
• Supervise the Installation and testing of Water Pumping Station, Main Pumping Units, Water pumps, Submersible Pumps, Low & High Pressure Pumps and Dewatering Pumps.
• Supervise Installation for Piping System, Penstocks, Valves and Piping.
• Direct and supervise the Installation & Operation of Diesel Generators Rooms, Control Panels, Warehouse, Fuel Storage and Feeding System.
• Follow up the co-ordination works between Civil Works and Mechanical Equipment Installations in the Plant Buildings.
• Supervision the Fabrication, Quality Control, Welding operations, Installation for the Ductile Iron Pipes joined either by flanges, couplings, flexible joints, or some form of spigot and socket arrangement, also Valves, Rubber gaskets …. etc.
• Supervise Construction Stages of Petrol Filling Station with the Fabrication, Installation & Testing of Mechanical Equipment inside (Fuel Tanks, Fuel Pumps, Fittings, Safety …etc.).
• Supervision for Installation & Testing all the mechanic works in the whole Plant (Pumps Station, Screen, Lift Station, Aerated Grit & Sand Removal, Primary & Secondary Clarifiers, Aeration Tanks … etc.).
• Supervision the Fabrication, Quality Control, Welding Painting & Galvanization Inspections of the Steel Structure, Piping Works, Guide rails, Checker Plates, Fuel Tanks that being carried out for the whole project at the workshops.

2) Worked as Workshops Sector Manager in a contracting company in Riyadh specialized in Establishment & Maintenance of Roads for 2 years (5 district areas with lot of sites).

3) Worked as South Region Manager in Saudi Arabia in an Operation & Maintenance Company for the Operation & Maintenance of the Technical Buildings Project, Centrals & Shelters for STC for 2 years (4 district areas with hundreds of GSM Shelters sites).

4) Worked in large Contracting Company in Cairo - Egypt in several fields starting from Central Workshop Engineer then Projects Studying Engineer then Electro-mechanical Engineer (MEP) till Equipment Manager.

5) Worked as Mechanical Consultant Engineer with the AMBRIC Consultants (American British Consultants) in WWTP & WTP in Egypt & Sudan.
