I have been working as a General Operation Manager and General Manager more than 12 years, specialising in the Hotel and Resorts Industries. During these years I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects .
I have been involved in all aspects of the process, from client contact, problem definition, proposal writing, data research, analysis, model creation, ‘story building’, through to presentation of findings up to board level.
