• Co-ordinate with paint manufacturer technical representative on daily basis
• Control of Non-conformance [NCR],before final inspection with box up to collect all relevant QC documentation for closing of NCR’S.
• To collect all relevant QC Documentation for the job and verify the surface preparation and painting test inspection activity before releasing for further activity and initiate punch list paint defects such as runs, sags, drips, over spray and under thickness shall be rejected and repaired as necessary to the satisfaction of paint representative or client’s inspector
• Following safety rules and regulation as per international code, project specification and the owner’s requirements.

• Co-ordination of NDT performance and witness With NDT Contractor & Client (PWHT,FT,PT,MT,UT,PMI,HARDNESS)
• Evaluate and Approving NDT Personnel from NDT Contractor
• Review and coordination of NDE and outstanding Inspection
• Verifying that all testing, including UT, MT, PT & PWHT, PMI, Hardness, Ferrite test etc.; on weld and parent material are carried out as per project requirements
• Knowledge of (RTFI) radiography film interpretation
• Verify the NDT Equipment’s calibration details PWHT Recorder, RT Camera, Densitometer, Yokes, PMI & UT Machines.
