• Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
• Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails
• Review inactive accounts and contact customer prior to dormancy classification

• Look after the customer relationship in pre-sales for an effective handover to the work place banking agent or branch consultant
• Develop knowledge of the product range

• Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign/promotion
• Attend meetings and team briefings
• Participate in training and coaching sessions.
