Summary
Experience in engineering related works including plant improvement, trouble shutting, process engineering design, operation & maintenance and construction for about 20 years.
Previously working with Egis International in Doha, BEWG (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Indah Water Consortium in Malaysia, KEO International Consultant and Kharafi National in Abu Dhabi, Ministry of Works in Bahrain and some other reputable companies in Malaysia.
Involved in managing construction and operation & maintenance work for large scale of waste water treatment plant and pumping station in Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Putrajaya and Abu Dhabi and involved with waste water design work of varies sizes of sewage treatment plant in Middle East and Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITY OF JOB:
i. Oversee daily operation of the business activity.
ii. Prepare P&L for each months.
iii. Assisting the CEO with implementation strategies to grow the business.
iv. Managing the sales channel process and ultimately responsible for logistics, ordering and stock quantities.

Working with Egis International Consultant in Doha as Process Engineer.
Involve with design review and site supervision work for extension of centralised sewage treatment plant in Doha, Qatar (170,000 m3/day). Scope of work:
i. Give feedback to contractor (review work) prior to approval for all process design drawing, equipment specification, process philosophy, assembly drawing and any other process related document submitted. For each documents, a feedback report will be provided with a standard format and procedure which shall also notified to client.
ii. Verification of all mechanical and process equipment supplied by contractor are as per approved specification.
iii. Verification of each process pipe installation are as per approved drawing.
June 2013 to April 2015:
Loyal Engineering / BEWG (M) as Process Engineer & Assistant Manager (QA/QC).
Involve with process related works and construction of waste water treatment plant (capacity 340,000 m3/day).
RESPONSIBILITY OF JOB:
Main duty is to lead mechanical and process team during the constructions which include:
i. To monitor all process equipment installation and make sure it follows the manufacturer installation guideline.
ii. To resolve any technical issues regarding process and mechanical works during construction period.
iii. To attend factory acceptance test for equipment purchased for the project.
iv. To monitor work progress and quality of work done by subcontractor.
v. To verify monthly claim by subcontractor.
vi. To attend quality, construction, scheduling and site progress meeting with client and project management consultant team.
vii. To support procurement and construction teams on process related issues.
viii. To check and manage technical inputs from consultants and suppliers.
ix. To give input to contract department during preparation of monthly claim.
x. Responsible for implementing the Project Quality Plan and
reporting to Construction Manager on the overall implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan.
xi. Ensure adequate in-process and final inspection is conducted on the construction works.

Involve with daily operation of waste water treatment plant with total capacity 300,000 m3/day. The plant is included sludge processing unit, effluent treatment unit and gas processing unit.
RESPONSIBILITY OF JOB:
i. To coordinate any maintenance requirement for all equipment with other related department (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation).
ii. Preparation of daily report to relevant department (client).
iii. To make sure all activities are following company’s safety guidelines.
iv. To monitor and enhance performance of subordinates (giving proper guideline and instruction to them).
v. Lead a team of operators optimize plant operations to meet product quality, quantity, energy consumption, EHS and budget requirements.
vi. Manpower planning to accomplish 24 hrs. plant operations works with sufficient manpower, complying with local labor ministry requirement and within budget.
vii. Determine chemical consumption and plan procurement and delivery to ensure sufficient chemical stock.
viii. Develop, implement and update Standard Operating Procedures for operations of waste water treatment plant.
ix. Carry out plant improvement work for plant and systems optimization to achieve better water production, quality and cost control.

RESPONSIBILITY OF JOB:
Involve with design and design management work of wastewater projects. The job includes delivering complete design package including technical drawings, design calculations, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
As an additional, the job also require to do site visits and inspections, attend project meeting (internal and external) and prepare engineering reports and write project correspondence.
Project involved:
i) Process design works for MBR wastewater treatment plant for International City, Dubai.
ii) Assessment of Sewerage and Treated Sewage Effluent Assets in Western Region for Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSCC).
Aug. 2007 – July 2008:
Ministry of Works and Housing, Kingdom of Bahrain as Senior General Engineer.
Involve with operation and maintenance works of sewage treatment plant. (Tubli Centralized Sewage Treatment Works – 112,500 m3/day).
RESPONSIBILITY OF JOB:
i. Monitor day-to-day operations of the plant with the aim to improve efficiency and reduce operating cost.
ii. Consistently monitor treated sewage effluent. Scope includes ensuring consistent reclaim water for irrigation purposes.
iii. Ensure Sludge Management had carried out effectively.
iv. Develop strategy to reduce suspended solid carry over through secondary clarifier.
v. As a member of engineering and technical group who gives comments and suggestions to any proposal of construction new sewage treatment plant.
