KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREA:
• Strategic sourcing and contract management for Transportation (logistics services), Travel (hotels & travel agency) and IT (GSM Operator) categories in Greater Middle East and Africa regions which contain 5 converting factories and 12 sales offices.
• Shortlisted for qualified service providers, including bidder’s prequalification package and acceptance of tender documents.
• Leading end-to-end procurement function including analysis stage for current cost, then defining the scope of work (SOW), service level agreement (SLA) and KPI, also customizing commercial proposal template in e-sourcing platform.
• Issuing request for information and proposal (RFI)&(RFP), analyzing and negotiating received proposals and contract terms until awarding supplier stage.
• Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions
• Customizing and managing various contract documents including letter of intent (LOI), addendum letter, extension letter and termination letter.

• Running the annual hotel tender for all the markets. Negotiating and locking rates for more 7k room nights (short and long stay). Also rate per Pax(attendances) for all future meetings and events.
• Analyzing travel category spend and negotiating addressable service fee with travel agency in all the markets.
• Estimating the event cost, managing and coordinating the event (kickoff) with need-owner and event management agency, including room nights, meeting room and/or team building activities.
• Responsible for negotiations with GSM operator for all markets, including group phone calls, internet bundles and handsets.

• Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing for high valued projects e.g. truck, truck & tanker, heavy equipment, crew inspectors, security guard and accommodation building, from bidder’s evaluation stage until contract awarding stage.
• Negotiated and implemented all rental requirements division, including trucks for day to day delivery, rigs movements, tankers for hauling diesel, gasoline and water.
