Responsibility:

Asset Services: Plan, schedule and implement good engineering practices during residential project transition & standardize the facility operation (SOPs) for all essential services across sites.
Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits for all sort residential properties and confirm the effectiveness of service deliverance.
Building Operations: Monitor and regulate the building operation as a single point of accountability & should be conversant with the task level delegation by defining team key result areas
Budgeting: Support to management to prepare the budget with a profit factor consideration. Control the budget against monthly expanse analysis.
Customer satisfaction: Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices through on-time service delivery and assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements.

? Snagging and taking over/handover the properties from the client
