* Looking after end-to-end management of multiple projects, monitoring progress of project as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of Multi discipline projects as detailed in the work experience.
* Managing construction activity as per approved project documents, established engineering practices and construction industry standards for Multidisciplinary Civil Engineering projects of High Raise Building with Infrastructure of all utilities Including Road works, Oil field Pipe line in GC-28 Gathering Centre with Construction of Tanks, STP (SBBR System),Water/Sewer/storm water/irrigation pipe lines of different types and utilities of Road works like High ways and Internal Roads including High Raised Tower, Residential colony, and Runway projects in my carrier.
* Handling projects in close coordination with contractors, consultants and other external agencies while ensuring compliance to quality standards.
* Framing on-site and off-site emergency management plans and conducting safety drills periodically to familiarize personnel to handle emergency situations.
* Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requirements of construction specifications & quality plan.
* Extending support to Design Team for preparation of drawings and shop drawings.
* Interacting with client / consultants on project progress or on various technical issues concerned with the project and attending periodic project review meetings.
