OBJECTIVE
Based on my strong competence and progressive work experience as a Project Manager/Architect/ Interior Designer for more than 9 years in Dubai UAE, I am interested in expanding my expertise as a PROJECT MANAGER for FFE JOINERY & FIT-OUT (INTERIOR) and aspire to enrich and share it with a reputable organization.

SCOPE OF WORK
? Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
? Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
? Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site.
? Represent the company in all project meetings.
? Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
? Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
? Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at the site.
? Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
? Quality control of work done at the site.
? Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures at the site.
? Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
? Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at the site.
? Closeout and hand over the project.

SCOPE OF WORK
? Prepare Project Timeline to suit the specific requirement of each project.
? Manage design teams in the development of working drawings to meet the client’s expectations design solutions.
? Full management and handling of the municipality and civil defense approvals process specific to the projects.
? Administration of various contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions as per the approved BOQ.
? Assisting with the compilation of tender documents, and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
? Development of project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
? Maintaining a robust document management system so that the project team uses it to furnish a written record of project execution.
? Production reports to update relevant stages of the projects.
? Compliance with the company governance.
? Management and coordination of all Brands/specific client direct orders.
? Monitoring and reporting on the installation progress against the contract timeline.
? Managing consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.
? Management and coordination on site with all 3rd party ordered client direct items.

? Plan the production timeline; coordinates overseas deliveries and arrange the company team/hire the local contractors for site installations.
? Internally process the Design brief from the preparation of technical drawing for necessary approval from Clients.
