Ensuring periodic book closure, preparation of financial statements & other reports and timely reporting to RBI and Stock Exchanges.
Ensuring a strong and robust Internal Control environment and the internal control framework

Arranged external commercial borrowings from DEG, Germany, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and OeEB, Austria
Arranged non-convertible debentures from IFC and FMO, Netherlands
Managed borrowings from various banks such as State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Punjab National Bank
Managed commercial papers programme aggregating to over INR 60bn per annum
Credit Rating
Managing the Credit Rating function for the Company with independent credit rating agencies – CRISIL, ICRA, CARE and Brickwork
Portfolio reviews and risk grading
Periodic review of financed projects
Internal Risk grading for projects
Restructuring and Corrective Action Plan for stressed assets.
Investor Relations
Managing investor relations with large investors
