I am currently a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) specialising in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for Lloyds Banking Group.
Prior to that I was a Director and SAP Consultant providing Freelance SAP IT service through my own Limited Company. I have over 16 years SAP IT experience, this includes 10 years working for global IT Organisations such as PWC, IBM and SAP UK covering a number of full SAP global implementations. Involved in all stages of project life cycle, experience in ASAP methodologies and Prince2. Worked across a number of industries such as Manufacturing, Financial institutions, Retail, Telecommunications, Government Offices, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
Previously to that I was a Senior Management Consultant talking on the role of Project Manager and Project Team Lead for SAP HR projects with a proven track record of success. I bring a deep functional knowledge and experience in the area of Human Capital Management together with strong project management skills in ERP implementations.
I have acquired strong SAP implementation experience covering all aspects of the implementation life cycle. I have managed areas such as project kick-off, HR strategy, project methods, development standards and scope definition, configuration, technical development, go live, upgrades and post go-live support. I have experience for delivering projects within budget and time scale, resolution of issues, risk mitigation, alignment of project objectives and targets. I have also been involved areas such as Vendor selections, System Upgrades, Evaluation of IT systems and knowledge on non-SAP/SuccessFactors applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle and Workday.
