During my 16Y Journey in Vodafone Egypt, I was able to build rich experience with multinational companies in the IT Field in term of People management – Budget management – Vendor management - Operation management (24X7 Operation and Support for ERP and Microsoft Systems) – Implementation for New ERP and Microsoft Systems - Managed Services- Disaster Recovery management – Customer management responsible for 470 server and 15K client machine.
Also deep practical experience in: (Microsoft Back End Systems - OS – Networking –Call Centre Applications - Business Applications – HW either Servers or clients – Storage – backup - DB –Virtualization – Directory Service –Telephony systems)

For more than 16 years in Vodafone Egypt, I was able to define short and long-term Company IT strategies, Develop and implement the annual IT capital budget plans, Costly Effective Delivering various type of services (users / systems). Build - implement - operate Vodafone Egypt IT DR site. Global problem / Incident Management on systems side / helpdesk side and vendor side.
In addition, I am a member in Vodafone Group Strategy Board, which is responsible for developing and setting the Office IT strategy for all Vodafone Local markets among the world
Where we plan, organize, implement, integrate and manage over all IT function through projects and technology operations, infrastructure in collaboration between different IT teams in different countries with different business needs and vendor teams.
Also for the last 5Y I have been working directly with Vodafone Egypt and Vodafone Global Top management (Directors IT heads and Regional Managers)

Also teaching and guiding the users on how to use the new systems, also I am successful in managing my team and keep them motivated in achieving very tough targets in a costly effective way keeping in their minds the user’s needs - experience and expectations where we target to delight our customers.
