I would like to introduce myself as Shaik Alavudeen (Indian) currently working in Saudi Arabia s as Business Development Manager in Saadi Saad Al Harbi & Partners Company- Dammam Since August 2017. Overall with 11 years of proficient working experience in gulf countries in various industries playing different roles are still boosting my self-confidence and keep me accelerating with enthusiasm to get ready for the next challenging role. Experienced the best moments from (Jan 2012 till July 2017) Supervising multi-operational tasks includes Logistics, Warehouse, shipping, import-export and procurement in general trading Industry revenue based on building material. Current Profile – Key responsibility

Import shipments
Receiving, verifying, submitting and following up commercial documents (Commercial documents includes commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of ladings, certificate of origin, SASO / Certificate of conformity , Insurance certificate, Bank beneficiary payment copy)
Monitoring customs declaration, preparing undertaking letters and following status of clearance ;
Following ETA, coordinate delivery order collection ,processing duty payments; Preparing container delivery schedule request with prior to free time in discharging port; Receiving containers in yard & returning empty containers on time back to port;
Ensuring containers were well handled without damages and clean before submitting to port.

Export shipments
Preparing commercial documents, chamber attestation works,
Seeks freight rates, booking containers, arranging transportation,
Loading supervision and port inspection.
Sending commercial documents to consignee

Logistics and Warehouse operation
Supervising end to end activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, invoicing, dispatch, loading & unloading.
Delivery coordination – preparing delivery documents, liaise customers & transporter;
Yard supervision during loading and unloading;
Making receipts for goods received in warehouse, posting in ERP, allocating storage space;
Stock Inventory and reconciliation adjustments;
Preparing work shifts, Scheduling maintenance works , inspecting safety systems

Procurement & Customer Service
Maintaining existing suppliers contracts , developing new contracts
Preparing purchase order requisition , pro forma invoices
Distributing items from branch to branch based on their request / order availability
Sending catalog, samples , test certificate , corporate gifts to customers
