• Around 9 years’ experience with sound conceptual knowledge in Control Systems and project execution. • Worked in most of the stages of Industrial Automation Projects like Basic & detail Engineering, reviewing GA & IA, IOM Loading, FDS preparation, FAT, IFAT, Modbus (RTU & TCP/IP Serial communication), as built documentation, SAT, Loop checking of Profibus,FF & HART devices, PRM, OPC configuration, Alarm Rationalization study & implementation, Commissioning, Start-up of various Petrochemical, Oil & Gas projects in Middle East like SABIC, SAUDI ARAMCO SHELL,GASCO & PDO etc.
• Distinction of commissioning Yokogawa DCS/Prosafe-RS PLC ESD, F&G automation projects, demonstrating skills in requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration & implementation of process control solutions. SIL study and shut down system design compliance to IEC61508/61511.
• Interaction with Consultants and End Users, Study of Job Specifications/Requirements and Preparation of detailed Functional Specification for DCS Man-Machine Interface, Control loops, Sequencing and Interlocks.
• Preparation of Functional Analysis Document depends on Customer Inputs, P&ID, in tools IO List, Control Narrative and Control & Operating Philosophy.
• Systematic approach coupled with strong logical & analytical skills for developing new projects, detailed design generation, implementation, system integration, testing and startup.
• Effective project coordinator having ability to strike perfect coordination to facilitate successful project execution. Fine-tuned analytical & problem solving skills coupled with exceptional communication.

• Manual Testing of Yokogawa DCS (CENTUM VP), PRM software and Field bus, Profibus & HART devices for new futures & products at Yokogawa Singapore Global Development Centre, Singapore.
• Exposure on Tricon hardware / Tristation Programming and FOXBORO I/A Series DCS.
• Exposure on Honeywell Building automation.
