1- Follow up the installation progress on site
2- Attending meetings with the consultant and main contractor ( negotiations - materials delivery - time schedule - the priorities - technical problems - obstacles on site - payments - change orders
3- Study the new projects visit the sites and supporting sales department technically 4- Assigning the tasks for the technical teams ( shop drawing - takeoff materials - site progress report - invoices - designs - prepare the technical submittals - prepare the samples for approval )
5- Follow up the materials requests with procurement departments
6- Follow up the production progress and deliver the materials as per the priorities and time schedule
