Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in programming and scripting languages (Unix Shell, AWK, Pearl, SED, Python…etc).
Providing needed technical support for VSMS (Voice Short Message Service) platform component OCMP Application Server.
Providing needed technical support for USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) and Preparing reports and statistics to monitoring and tracing system performance.
Dealing with customer to achieve all his requests and coordinating with high level support to solve critical and hard troubles.
Implementation and configuration of different VAS solutions and coordinating integration activities between the VAS solutions with the core network, the LAN, the charging system and the third party content providers.
Ensuring timely delivery of content through VAS solutions and root cause analysis and identification of solutions to problems.
Operations and maintenance of the hardware and software of VAS nodes (MIO SMSC, CRBT, MCA, Televoting, B-Wallet etc).
Second level support for customer care and ensuring timely backups of all the important data in the VAS nodes. IN/VAS Network and services SLA/KPI performance. Product / tariff configuration and changes within specified SLA’s.
