*Design and Calculations for AC/DC CB Sizing , Auxilary Tranformer Sizing, LV AC/DC Cable Sizing , Cable Schedule , Shielding Calculations,Earthing System Calculations, Indoor and Outdoor Lighting, Battery and Battery Charger Sizing as per SEC, IEEE standards.
* Preparation of General Equipment Layouts, Individual Equipment/Rooms Layouts, Indoor/Outdoor Lighting layouts, Indoor/Outdoor lighting panel board schedules, Cable Sleeves, Duct banks and opening layouts, HV/MV/LV Cable Raceways Layouts, AC/DC Single Line diagrams etc.
* Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for S/S related material/equipment for procurement purpose.
* Project Management : Responsible for project execution, equipment procurement. Cordination with Client/Consultant on technical issues if any and resolve them accordingly. Monitor project progress and point out the critical activities.
? Preparation of As-Built Drawings after completing of Project.
? Handing over of Spare Material / Testing Equipment as per BOQ to the Client.
? Coordinate with NTDC/WAPDA regarding hindrances in Project implementation & Submission of daily & Monthly Progress to Client.
? Progress review, Certification of Payments and conduct Technical and contractual meetings.
? Estimation of Quantity & Timely intimation of Equipment to be installed, its availability at site and arrange daily schedule of work with contractor.
Construction :
? Installation /Testing of 220/132kV 160 MVA Auto Transformers along with Fire Prevention System
? Installation of Outdoor Equipment including Surge Arrestor, CCVT, Line-Trap, 10/13 MVA Power Transformer, 400kVA Pad mounted Transformers, Diesel Generator, Power Cables, Switchyard Lightening Protection System & Earth Mesh System.
? Indoor installation including DC Battery Banks, Control & Relay Panels, 11kv Incoming/Outgoing Panels, AC/DC Distribution Panels, Battery Chargers, Electrification of CHB.
? Supervised Testing of AIS Equipment including Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test for GIS Equipment , CTs (Winding Resistance Test, Saturation Test, Ratio test, Polarity , Secondary insulation Resistance Test), VT (Ratio and Polarity Test), Isolators & ES (Contact Resistance Test) Circuit Breaker (Contact Resistance, Opening & Closing, Motor Charging Time, Pole discrepancy Test) and Bus-bars (Contact resistance Test), SF6 Gas leakage, purity and Moisture Content (Dew point test).
? Supervised testing of Auto-Transformer OC Test, SC Test, C&DF test, Winding Resistance Test , T.T.R test, Insulation Resistance Test, Zero Sequence Test) and Transformer Oil (Dielectric Strength and DGA test).
? Ratio and Polarity test for Transformer Bushing CT’s, Capacitance and Dissipation Factor test for Transformer bushing.
