? PMI Credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP). Completed scheduling & Planning course (PMI-SP).
? Experience in a wide variety of projects, featuring Residential community, Residential / Commercial buildings (G+3), Factories / warehouses and Substations.
? Monitor the schedule of activities- from Mobilization to Hand over- as per the Program of works.
? Monitor overall project execution, manpower, materials and equipment distribution & supervision.
? Review weekly / Monthly progress reports to update Project schedule and Cost.
? Ensure the approval of shop drawings, material submittals & method statements.
? Ensure quality of works assured through approved ITP and is in line with quality management system of the company.
? Evaluate safety reports and conduct meetings with safety engineers/ managers to ensure the workforce is provided with all safety measures and is trained to follow them.
? Overall coordination with Superiors, Consultants, Client and Authorities.
? Prepare/verify bills for sub contractor and company.
??Working Knowledge of software like MS Office, AutoCAD and Primavera.
? Dubai Municipality approval for G+1 Construction.
? Member of Society of Engineers, Dubai.
