Job Profile
• Ensure approved project quality plan is implemented and relevant practices and procedures are diligently followed
• Oversee design and engineering deliverables, intervene on technical issues, and provide expertise support to prompt resolution
• Review technical documents submitted by contractor/subcontractor, as well as vendor submissions if required
• Follow up timely closure of quality non conformaces, while providing advise on corrective & preventive actions
• Enforce Quality Policy of the company, PQP and Project HSE Management Plan, and adhere to legal & statutory requirements
• Initiate and undertake actions to prevent the occurrence of construction non-conformity
• Work with consultant on resolving constructability challenges, establishing test and inspection matrices, and compiling work-packs that detail all construction activities
• Supervise overall MEP construction activities through the stages of installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning
• Conduct and chair the Design Review/Progress meeting at regular intervals, and validate detailed designs
• Monitor projects from design through completion, and ensure defined specifications and standards are strictly adhered to
• Carry out all activities in accordance with the project quality plan, inspection and testing plans and contract documents such as specifications, design drawings, and shop drawings
• Ensure contractors carry out works as per contract obligations, and within stipulated timeframe
• Creating visual documents,punchlists and audit reports
• Follow up the progress of the work, and ensure that the construction works meet best quality standards and performance

Job Profile
• Lead post-contract engineering and project management in terms of design, technical coordination, equipment/ materials selection, subcontracting, procurement, quality control, inter-disciplinary coordination and supervision
