PROFESSIONAL PROFILE STATEMENT
I. Manufacturing:
• Experience as Plant Manager with over 20 years of experience in large manufacturing factories. Responsible to administer and run Production Plants independently and efficiently to achieve optimal productivity.
• Experience in all aspects of Production Plant Operations, process development and ability to balance high productivity with high quality.
• Effectively manage and monitor more than 160 personnel in the factory team of both the plants in LCC-SIPOREX by assigning, monitoring and training them and hiring new employees for work flow to meet the production target and forecast.
• Proficient in all aspects of factory operation, budgeting, production cost with quality standard, organization and management.
• Achieving production target by reviewing, monitoring and controlling the activities of following departments:
a) Production planning as per sales order and delivery schedule
b) Problems in production process and seek ways to improve efficiency of production.
c) Schedule the maintenance of machines, facilities and equipment to minimize downtime.
d) Monitoring local and import purchasing and inventory of raw material and spare parts for successful plant operations.
e) Monitor quality of finished product, increase productivity, waste reduction by raw material testing, finish product testing, maintaining machine operations and process control/improvement.
f) Organizing the delivery of finished production as per delivery schedule by sales department.
g) Reporting the daily, monthly and yearly achievement status of plant to senior managers and directors.
h) Submission of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to senior managers and directors of Production, Quality, Maintenance and Purchase department.

II. PROJECT WORK
• As Technical Advisor worked on the projects to establish 2nd manufacturing plant in 2002 to 2004 and for expansion in 2006.
• Worked on feasibility studies to establish Quick Lime Plant in 2010 for Production Cost reduction and Business expansion.
• Worked on the project to establish 3rd manufacturing plant for further production expansion as well as worked on feasibility study to establish hollow-core slab plant and lime plant for business expansion.

Worked as Quality Management Representative (QMR) for 17 years on ISO-QMS. Established Quality Manual and operating procedures of all the departments in 1999. Implemented procedures and maintained ISO company certifications from 1999 to 2016.

General Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with procurement Manager for purchasing of raw material and spare parts and other requirements for the plant.

• Making suggestions and recommendations to maintain and to improve the quality of finished product.
