? Design and built project consist of two underground parking areas each of 42000 m2 plus five cinema projector rooms and a ground plaza with musical dancing fountain.
Under Privet Engineering Office as main client, Managed by (SHAKER Consulting engineers), with overall project budget 450,000,000 QR.
? Starts the project at initiating process stage by reviewing the concept design and compared with end-user requirements.

? Design and built HOTEL project consist of two towers 3B+G+M+30 floor for each, connected by a hanged bridge at the middle floors, Managed by (EHAF Consulting engineers), under supervision of (Hill International) consultancy with project budget 810,000,000 QR.
? Reviewing FIRE FIGHTING, HVAC, BMS, FUEL SYSTEM, PLUMBING & DRAINAGE shop drawing submitted by main contractor (SEG).
? Reviewing and submitting of fire protection system for approval of QCD department.
? Conduct inspections of all Mechanical works following the related agreed procedures/checklists.
? Taking decision for inspected W.I.R and releasing comments.
? Reviewing Contractor’s queries and RFIs and prepare technical responses.
