Roles and Responsibilities:
? Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE and security Management System and plan on the all construction phases ensuring compliance with OHSA 18001 and ISO 9000, 14001 standards. (Special programmes implemented are People Base Safety (PBS) and Safe Task Analysis & Risk Reduction Techniques (STARRT))
? Provide HSE leadership and technical expertise to company and sub contactors personnel to continuously improve safety and security.

? Coaching and promoting worksite safety by taking regular site safety and security patrols ensuring inappropriate practices are being corrected and over inspected
? Implemented minimum requirements and purchasing specifications for personal protective clothing / equipment.
