•Conceptualized and introduced Integrated Foundation Fieldbus Technology enabling lean automation—boosting efficiencies and reducing waste—in terms of equipment and time at Tata Steel’s Coke Oven Battery and By-Product Plant for the first time in India for Coke application and made substantial material savings close to 300,000$. This team was conferred with the innovation award by the Dy. MD.
•Provided Procurement Management Services (supplier management; inquiry/tender preparation and award; quality, inspection & equipment management) for level-0, I & II automation system (Coke Oven Battery) within the project procurement systems & lean procedures.
