•As part of the team providing consultancy services for Township Planning, Development and Design of Infrastructure works delivered the Master-plan for Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Ltd. (BAPL) Township encompassing 1700 acres (estimated cost of $1.2 billion). The scope of services included-Master plan – Review, Water supply system, Waste water system, Storm water management, Municipal Solid waste management, Power supply, Integration of Transportation Plans/Engineering including Roads and Fire Fighting System.
•Conceptualized and introduced Integrated Foundation Fieldbus Technology enabling lean automation—boosting efficiencies and reducing waste—in terms of equipment and time at Tata Steel’s Coke Oven Battery and By-Product Plant for the first time in India for Coke application and made substantial material savings close to 300,000$. This team was conferred with the innovation award by the Dy. MD.
•Provided Procurement Management Services (supplier management; inquiry/tender preparation and award; quality, inspection & equipment management) for level-0, I & II automation system (Coke Oven Battery) within the project procurement systems & lean procedures.
•Co-ordinated with vendor/ clients on price negotiation, commercial conditions and delivery schedule.
•Client engagement, account management (budgetary and cost control) and consulting at high levels.
•Prepared feasibility report (including financial analysis), detail project report, design basis report and technical specifications.
