Job Details :

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
• Proven experience with HexaBPM Manage Package.
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud.
• Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and various integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce governance limits.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Services Cloud, Salesforce Data Analytics, Einstein, and Agentforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
