Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee our financial transactions and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have ample hands-on experience in both accounts and logistics coordination, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
– Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
– Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
– Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
– Handle VAT documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
– Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation as required.

Logistics Duties:
– Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
– Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth logistics processes.
– Plan and track the shipment of final products according to requirements and deadlines.
– Maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods received; update inventory records.
– Prepare and review logistics documents (e.g., shipping invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations).
– Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
– Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Preferred Gender: Female
– Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a combined accounts and logistics role.
– Education: High school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field is a strong advantage.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). – Experience with logistics software is a plus.
– Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
– Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
